I love to always get value for my spendings no matter what ever am buying as a customer because that is the number one thing that attracts me to go back again and again to a dealer or business owner. And sometimes too, price might not matter to me in patronizing a certain dealer because his or her customer’s relations might have captured my heart ♥️.
When it comes to buying of food stuffs I always make sure to have at least three (3) customer dealers as this will enable me know price change and who is the cheat among them , because some are generally greedy in life. This has also made me to always go to the larger market where I know I will foods stuffs in wholesale prices.
But this past year 2024 January, I discovered this customer who sales food stuffs with a reasonable prices. Not only that he made his place very neat and attractive, but he sales most of his items with just little margins compared to others. And some of his stuffs he will sell at wholesale prices if you are buying in bulk. To be honest, I was hooked to this dealer since over one (1) year.
He only not attend to you with smiles on his face every time I go there , but will always show appreciation on any little thing one buys. This is the kind of behavior that thrives a business so well which many refuses to embrace because they want to be rich 🤑 over night.
And this very behavior made me remember a food stuff seller I use to patronize years back whom I left because of his bad attitude. He only not keep increasing the prices of his goods, but does not appreciate customers, feeling after all everyone needs food. But this is not how it works. I eventually left him because of how he sold a bad beans to my daughter one certain time I travelled 🧳.
One online customer service I have enjoyed so much is the Jumia Online. For the past three years I have continued to use them for my online buyings. And the best of it all is how they keep to their time. In fact I remember in 2022 when I ordered my mini oven from them and they fixed time of delivery 🚚. And because I had an emergency concerning work and could not remember the delivery. When they did got to my house and called me, I felt so bad for not remembering. I begged them to please reschedule the delivery but has to pay 💰 some extra cost 💲. They however delivered the oven to me as agreed few days later.
There is nothing better than good customer services. The first is trying to capture your customers with good behavior because the long saying we have known is that customers are always right even when they are wrong 😑. Secondly is using a strategy like cutting off some little amount on the goods because these things attract buyers especially those that buys in bulk.
However, keeping a good customer relations in long run favors both the sellers and buyers because when we constantly patronize a dealer, we also worn their hearts to be straight forward with us like in times of selling fake goods and goods that are expired. All these are what business strategies involves and it teaches us to know that only those with good customer relations and business strategies are the ones that will thrive better.
