I join you again this evening to bring to you some quick healthy sauce you can make to enjoy lunch š„ . Cutting down on tomatoes š sauce lately because of how tomatoes has become so expensive at this time of the year,
I have been enjoying vegetable š„ and fruits sauce which is more healthy and cost less. And today I made s healthy sauce from cucumber š„ and melon š adding fresh curry leaves and mint.
We can prepare this sauce to enjoy boiled spaghetti š, rice and macaroni . Its quick and enjoyable because of the little spices I added to give it a warm taste.
Here I will take you through this recipe with step by step.
.# INGREDIENTS:
1 large cucumber
1 medium melon ( golden)
1/2 of an onion
2 cloves of garlic
Fresh curry leaves
Salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon of chili
1/2 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 of a soy cube
Oil to fry
STEPS FOR PREPARATION;
Step 1.
To commence the recipe I will first wash and slice cut the cucumber, removing the seed, then into small dice.
Step 2.
Next is to wash the golden melon, slice and keep ready
Step 3.
We have the cucumber and melon ready here.
Step 4.
I will wash and slice the fresh curry, mint, onions , introducing some garlic š§
Step 5,
To fry I will proceed to add little oil to the pan, once it heats up, I will add the cucumber.
Step 6.
Add the melon and stir to incorporate them together
Step 7.
Add salt , pepper curry powder. Stir all to incorporate.
Step 8.
Then I will add the fresh leaves, onions, garlic and soy cube.
Stir gently and bring the taste together, checking salt.
Step 9,
Allow to session properly before setting it down for serving..
