Staying Active To Avoid Boredom.

Boredom is one thing that is very unhealthy, and can cause many mental health if their minds continue to be idle , making them feel down and blue.

To avoid boredom I make sure to keep active at all times. Although work is one thing that helps keep me busy which involves being up and moving during the working week. And am always happy 😃 when the work week flows well with different activities.

When we are committed to various activities, during the day, week or month, we hardly will have an idle mind, therefore we should try as much as we could to engage on that one thing we know that can take our mind off boredom, keeping us active for a healthy mental focus.

And apart from staying active with work which definitely takes away boredom, I have always planned how to spend my weekends which starts with an early morning walk on Saturdays to stay physically active. And this walk can be canceled when I feel I need to stay more in bed depending how stressful or stressless my work week was. Cancelling a walk helps me sleep more into the morning.

Speaking also of the weekend, I will arrange to do the laundry 🧺 after breakfast 🍳 with family since I laundry once in a week aligning it with weekend activities that also involves going grocery through the evening which will help the weekend cooking that will come in large quantities storing them in the refrigerator after they cooled.

However, I don’t miss out on my evening relaxation with some soap movies 🎥. This indeed helps me enjoy my weekends most times keeping my mind and body so relaxed because am always looking up to having time to myself , energizing me for a new week that will come.

And some weekends can come with plans for family outing either to just a mall, eatery, beach 🏖 or the park to relax with nature. But to tell you guys , the economy has made so many changes into most family outings so we most times plan indoor relaxation by either buying take-home or preparing something exquisite or unique to cut down cost 💲 which everyone is happy about since cost has tripled.

In conclusion, boredom is a very threatening situation that can lead to very disturbing health issues if not managed well. The worst to this very situation is when one is inactive from week to week or a longer period of time. This is why its very important for us to keep our mind active at all times to avoid idle mind which leads sometimes to some serious health issues or dangerous actions that affects our well being.

We should always avoid being indoors when we are bored. Taking a walk for some fresh air, seeing a friend or even going to any near by mall for window shopping 🛍 can help elevate our minds and bring some smiles 😃on our faces. This is very important because many who are always bored 😐 or feel boredom can develop a bit of depression which in time can be come acute leading to drunkenness or drug addiction.

Thanks sis for your lovely support comment. Activities are the only way out from boredom. It might be just going to 9:00 to 5:00, but businesses, services and other things we love doing.

You are absolutely right, if we remain active then we will never feel bored. I have seen that often those people get bored who think of getting free from their work early and taking rest but there people are not able to take rest and just get bored. We should keep doing something or the other continuously so that we never get bored.

On point dear @abhay2695 . Activities is the only remedy to boredom. Even work is the most, that sometimes you will be asking your body for rest.
