A role model is someone who influences others and sets an example for them; those who imitate them frequently look up to them.
They can motivate others to work hard and advance without giving any specific instructions by virtue of their perceived personal traits, behaviors, or accomplishments.
Every parent should, in my opinion, serve as an example for their kids since they are always seeing what you do and observing how you handle your emotions, stress, reactions, and relationships, particularly with others.
To raise a healthy child, it is essential to consistently provide an example for them to follow.
Back to our original purpose: As soon as I saw this prompt, I didn't have to think too hard to come up with my role models and a statement to make about them.

I have a Role Model and they are My Parents!
While growing up, I have always had reason to respect my parents for their unending efforts to raise my siblings and I. I have always respected their ongoing attempts to provide food because I don't recall my brothers and I ever going to bed without eating, even during our trying times.
One thing I'm always appreciative of is the fact that my parents raised us in the ways of the Lord and made sure we upheld a solid moral code and a positive outlook on life.
Not to mention the fact that my parents are both strict disciplinarians, so we really had no choice but to follow their guidelines for raising us. Although they were extremely disciplined, yet their love for us was too evident to be disregarded.

I won't really use the word "factors" because the qualities they possess, the actions they take, the things they have accomplished, and the experiences my siblings and I have witnessed make them deserving of the title of "Role Model”.
Over the years, I have been able to take note of some traits that I would love to emulate, thereby making them my role models. Here are a few of the qualities they have, out of many, that led me to chose them as my role models.

In terms of leadership, my father is the Headmaster of a high school in Lagos, Nigeria. My mother, on the other hand, is the Head Mistress of an elementary school in Ogun State, Nigeria. They have both maintained a leadership post right before I was born, and up till date they have performed excellently well. Because of this, I have always admired them.

In Nigeria, we just observed Teacher's Day, on which we recognize all teachers who have improved the lives of numerous students. I decided to leave my parents a voicemail because they were both my first teachers and also because they both work in the educational field.
Among the many other things I picked up from them, the skill of communicating was one of the most important things I tried to imitate. My parents were quite strict about using the appropriate vocabulary and diction while talking, and that greatly helped us as kids.

Persistence and hard work in all they did were other qualities I observed my parents exhibiting. Shifting blame to someone else is something my mother really hates, and my father is equally against doing so. Wherever they are, they always love to accept responsibility.

One other thing I picked up from my parents is the ability to be accountable for everything in my life. From financial aspects to the way I live my life, one thing they always reiterate to our ears is "you are totally responsible for the outcome of your life." Therefore, we have to be accountable and not just leave our lives to chance.

These are only a few of the numerous things that made them qualified to serve as my role models. These elements also functioned as my guiding principles when I was growing up, and they continue to do so as I eventually assumed the job of being someone else's role model.
