As we all know we are on the weekend, but the work I do sometimes has no days off, and if they are the months near the end of the year, carnival and holidays, much less.

I'll tell you how my weekend is going.
Early in the morning, my son and I left the house and went out on the town, this time not for a walk. We had to check the chlorine in the hotel, as we were contacted very late last night to go early in the morning, and so we did. The hotel would have an influx of tourists arriving after lunchtime and they had to use water from tanker trucks to supply the hotel in its entirety, so it was better to check the chlorine levels in case of any eventuality.
My husband was working today, and my son wanted to accompany me so that I would not leave home alone so early, when my husband is not there he tries to fill in if he considers it necessary, I do not put myself in that.

Como todos sabemos estamos de fin de semana, pero el trabajo que hago en ocasiones no tiene días libres, y si son los meses cercanos al fin de año, carnaval y fechas festivas, mucho menos.
Espero que ustedes estén teniendo un fin de semana genial, para comenzar una nueva semana renovados y llenos de gran positivismo.
Les contaré cómo va mi fin de semana.
Temprano por la mañana, salimos de casa mi hijo y yo a la ciudad, en esta oportunidad no era por paseo. Teníamos que revisar el cloro del hotel, ya que anoche muy tarde nos contactaron para que fuéramos temprano en la mañana, y así lo hicimos. Al hotel llegaría un arribo de turistas pasada la hora de almuerzo y tuvieron que utilizar agua de camiones cisternas para abastecer al hotel en su totalidad, así que era mejor comprobarla por cualquier eventualidad los niveles de cloro.
Mi esposo hoy estaba trabajando, y mi hijo quiso acompañarme para que no saliera sola tan temprano de casa, cuando mi esposo no está el trata de suplirlo si lo considera necesario, yo no me pongo en eso.

Llegamos temprano y enseguida realicé la medición, la cual no estaba al 100%, así que tuve que suministrar una pastilla de cloro para equilibrar, y todo quedó muy bien.
Once the work was finished, and to change our way, we changed our route to return home, making our journey more pleasant. We took Andorza Manrique Avenue, which offered us excellent scenery. It is a route that I don't take often and whenever I pass by it I enjoy it, especially in the mornings, because in the afternoons it gets very busy and I don't like the heavy traffic.
Terminado el trabajo, y para variar nuestro camino, cambiamos nuestro recorrido para regresar a casa, haciendo más ameno nuestro trayecto. Tomamos la avenida Andorza Manrique, que nos ofreció excelentes paisajes. Es una ruta que no suelo tomar con frecuencia y siempre que paso por ella lo disfruto, especialmente en las mañanas, porque en las tardes se pone muy transitada y no me gusta el tráfico pesado.
We continued on our way until we stopped at the Rio market cafeteria, which is close to home, to have a snack. The truth is that in this cafeteria we felt very comfortable because the products are fresh and of very good quality. In addition, the service is fast and excellent. We ordered some delicious fruit-filled pastries and soft drinks, and we took the opportunity to talk for a while about some things. My son always has interesting anecdotes to tell, and I love to listen to his witticisms and the way he solves his situations.
Continuamos nuestro camino hasta detenernos en la cafetería del mercado Río, que queda cerca de casa, para merendar. La verdad es que en esta cafetería nos sentimos muy cómodos porque los productos son frescos y de muy buena calidad. Además, el servicio es rápido y excelente. Pedimos unos deliciosos pastelitos rellenos de frutas y unos refrescos, y aprovechamos para conversar un rato sobre algunas cosas. Mi hijo siempre tiene anécdotas interesantes que contar, y me encanta escuchar sus ocurrencias, y la manera de resolver sus situaciones.
When we finished, we returned home to enjoy a well-deserved rest. I took the opportunity to catch up on some pending tasks at home. Sometimes, work can be demanding, but it is important to find a balance and dedicate time to the activities that make us happy and to be as close as possible to those we love.
Those beautiful moments with the ones we love, we never let them pass by at home, because they will be beautiful, our memories in the future.

Al terminar, regresamos a casa para poder disfrutar de un merecido descanso. Aproveché para ponerme al día con algunas tareas pendientes de la casa. A veces, el trabajo puede ser demandante, pero es importante encontrar un equilibrio y dedicar tiempo a las actividades que nos hacen felices y estar lo más cerca posible de quienes amamos.
Esos bellos momentos con los que amamos, jamás los dejamos pasar por alto en casa, porque así serán hermosos, nuestros recuerdos en un futuro.
