Greetings, my Splinterverse friend.
I hope that all of you are doing well in the Splinterlands battle and loving the great benefits of the booming market in the current day. The game keeps getting more fun as new sets of cards are introduced throughout the years, and many changes are added, giving players new ways to plan their strategies to get high in their ratings. Today, I would like to talk about one of my favourite combos with the life team. This time, it comes from the Life Splinter using some great cards, such as the Pelacor Conjurer and the Nimbledook Explorer and the new neutral reward card Halfling Refugee.
This blog is for the Splinterlands Community Engagement Challenge: Favorite Strategies. In it, I will talk more about how I set up Life Splinters to initiate the strategy. The blog will also have some discussion about the abilities, tactics, and examples from recent fights where I used such combos and experienced them in the game, winning more battles and, of course, getting more rewards! I hope this blog will be very helpful for new players and smaller players like me who are struggling to build up greater decks and improve their gaming experience.
This Life Splinter combo is made for low and medium MANA matches, and it works really well together because each card has its special ability. The Pelacor Conjurer, Halfling Refugee, and Nimbledook Explorer cards are the most important ones. Other strong monsters help the combo last longer and work better. First, let's look more closely at these two key cards and see why they're so important.
Pelacor Conjurer
Pelacor Conjurer is one of the most useful cards in Life Splinter, and it's a common choice because it has several excellent abilities and a low MANA cost of only 2 with super speed and a lot of hearts. This card works great as a defensive Tank, helping your team and taking hits early in the game. The Pelacor Conjurer has 2 Mana, 8 Health, and 5 Speed at max level, which makes it a great tank for low-MANA fights where you need to avoid damage. Another big plus for new players is that it's not too expensive to max it out. It also has a lot of excellent abilities as follows.
Flying: Because it's a card with Flying, it has a better chance of avoiding hits from monsters that aren't Flying, which makes it a sneaky front-liner.
Magic Reflect: This ability sends some of the enemy's Magic damage back at them, which makes it a great way to counter teams that use a lot of Magic.
Phase: At higher levels, this ability lets it avoid Magic attacks, which is a rare and strong defence.
Divine Shield: This skill takes the first attack, no matter how hard it hits or how weak it is. This gives your team more time to plan their attack.
The Pelacor Conjurer is a great tank to start with in low-MANA fights because it is durable and useful.
Nimbledook Explorer
The Nimbledook Explorer is a good support card in the Life Splinter line-up. It's great for both offense and defense. Nimbledook Explorer is a mid-range card with good abilities and some attacks when it has armors. It costs 4 mana. It works great in fights with middle mana, especially when you need some extra armor for your team members. It has 7 hearts, 4 armors and 2 speed at the max level. It has the following excellent abilities, which are very helpful for a team.
Protect: Like Pelacor Conjurer, Nimbledook Explorer can beneficial from the excellent ability of Protect, which adds extra 2 armors to your all monsters that makes it harder to for enemies to make huge damage to your team at first round.
Armored Strike: This ability makes this card an amazing one with the addition of the MELEE attacks equal to its armours. As initially it is without any attacks but the arm ors it has are enabling some attacks which is very helpful for the battle.
Heal: It is a strong ability that makes it to regain one-third of its total health every round. This ability makes this card stronger and more helpful card for any battle.
There are many very productive cards, and the use cases of these cards depend on the rulesets and the total number of MANA. Depending on the MANA cap and the rules, you can add any card from these cards to this Life Splinter combo to make it stronger. Here, I am going to mention two of my favourite cards in this strategy to make my strategy more powerful.
HALFLING REFUGEE is an excellent neutral card which is so cheap in terms of MANA cost which costs only 1 MANA. It has a Maximum of 5 MELEE attacks and 8 hearts with 3 SPEED at the max level, which is a great card at the cost of a single MANA. Also, the excellent abilities such as Weary and Heal make it stronger.
The second card that I want to mention is the OLIVIA OF THE BROOK, which is a great supportive card and an epic rebellion reward card. It has some excellent stats, including both the MELEE AND magic attacks, which is a Greta card. Though it has a relatively larger MANA cost of 6 MANA with some amazing ability of the OPPORTUNITY that allow it to attack the low health of the opponent's card.
The excellent ability MIMIC is a great card which allows this card to have random ability from the enemy team from the round 2. So this card becomes more powerful with the higher level. And also it has another ability of the Reflection shield which is a great ability for a card.
Examples of Brawls
The Life Splinter gives you many options and is very durable in battle. This combo shows off the best of both attack and defence. The Pelacor Conjurer, Nimbledook Explorer, and other cards are important parts of this plan because they offer a great variety of attacking power, usefulness, and the ability to survive in different rule sets and MANA caps. The following battles can be useful for your for experiencing my own experience.
