Mattapoisett rail trail

Today I will share some shots from a walk I did on the Mattapoisett rail trail
I have only walked there once, I did plan to walk there again this summer but the surgery well surgeries messed up my summer plans but soon I will visit it again, but the one time I did visit it I got plenty of photos and will shre some I havent shared before today
The trail has nice views over water and marshlands

The trail is about 4.5 Miles long, I did not do the whole trail as that would have bene nine miles along it and back, if I had a bike I would do it all, but that day I walked maybe two miles out on it and back so about 4 miles whihc was a good walk and enough for me
its a lovely walk, looking out over the sea shore on one side

And lakes and marshes on the other side , as you can tell this walk was from back in fall last year, with some fall colors, i do plan on visiting it again soon and then again when the fall colors come out.
What made me think of this spot and led to this post as I mentione din a previou post I am thinking about getting a drone and have been looking up areas where flying a dron e is permitted and this area is one where i could fly it up to 400 feet, unlike the area around my house which is not far from the local airport and its either no flying or max of 50 ft
but here i go my mind wondering off again back to the walk
