Morning blues
Now about the title of this post, now as much as I love when I catch a colorful sunrise on my early morning walks, I also enjoy and find for me personally the early morning before sunrise blues very calming.
But of course Morning Blues or Monday blues means something different for some peoople so lets talk about that a little
Monday morning blues and Morning blues are two different situations but the word 'blues' mean the same.
Blue refers to the lack of joy, laziness, tiredness, stress, etc. Monday morning blues is the feeling that comes to us as the weekend has passed by and it is time to resume the work again.
Monday is the universal start of week day in many countries around the world,
Morning blues is a feeling which can come on any random day, not only due to work but also due to some other reasons. Monday Morning Blues and Morning Blues to some may be the same thing but there are a lot of differences between the two idioms
BUt for me the Morning blues are the gorgeous blues one sees inthe early morning often more so before the sun rises which I perhaps I should have titled the post the blue hour which is the correct term
The blue hour is the period of twilight when the sun is below the horizon, causing the remaining sunlight to appear mostly blue. This happens both before sunrise and after sunset, but typically only lasts about 20 minutes. The blue hour is sometimes called the "magical hour" because of its serene atmosphere
