Travelling is one thing, while being stucked in the middle of nowhere is yet another thing, because it will make it looks like one's thinking faculty is no longer functional. It makes me believe that those that have once fall victim of such terrifying experience can relate much well.
Talking about those things i can never forget in my life, the experience of been stranded and stucked in the middle of nowhere ( with no single person to call upon ) will top the list, it's such an horrible thing i can't pray my enemy should experience.
Hmmm, the weekend i will never forget; due to the nature of my work ( interior decorator ) am always travelling from one place to another, just to rendered my services, so i see no big deal in travelling. So i got a call from one of my clients that he needs me to come to the Eastern part of my country, he has a job for me of which i agreed.
It was a Saturday morning, i left house for the park very early in the morning so i could reach the place early enough because the person said once i alighted, i should call him so he can come and pick me in the park, so i don't bothered asking for the detailed address since he will be coming to pick me at the park, unfortunately the unexpected happened in the midway, guess; we were robbed on the road, uhh it was horrible, they took away everything from us, right from the slightest things down to the biggest things, we were all left with nothing, the driver managed to take us away from the scene to the park, we got there at around 6 p.m, was beginning to get dark, no phone on me to call the person i was going to meet, also his number his not written anywhere, i could have easily borrow a phone to call and at the same time i was cash trapped. Then i thought to myself what to do, where do i go and how to get myself out of what just happened to me, no one to call even back home, all contacts lost. This is something i've never imagined.
At the moment i couldn't figure out any solution, but then something came to my mind to talk to the motor company to allow me pass the night in the park that the next morning I would find means. Thank goodness they allowed me to sleep on one of the chairs in the park, but i pitied myself when this big black mosquito showed up later in the night and started what they know how to do best as if i was owing their grandparents, it makes me realize that it takes longer before day break.
The next morning i got out of the park and moved to the road side and started begging for assistance, as I was left with no option, so immediately i got the exact fare that will take me back home, i boarded a bus going back to where i live. What a such Horrible experience.
