My manager’s birthday was yesterday and while I was joining other collegues for gifts to get her and a surprise birthday party, I felt it would be cool to make a painting of her as she’s a big fan of my works. She has seen me make drawings and sketches once or twice during my break at work and this felt like a good occasion to finally have a piece I made hanging on her wall. Getting frames for large sized artworks has be tough here and for my two recent artworks, I had to frame them using A4 sized frames because they were easily accessible.
In this case, I made the drawing on my tab and framed it using an A4 sized frame that looks quite appealing. I couldn’t take much steps of the artwork because I was too carried away with the process of drawing, framing and presenting. The piece was delievered to her yesterday and I loved the feedback I got from everyone who saw it. I hope you love it too.
