Hola amigos de la gran comunidad de @foodiesbeehive, el día de hoy estoy muy feliz de estar nuevamente por aquí y les traigo un pequeño post de lo que fue mi comida de hoy. La verdad sé que debo cambiar un poco el menú jaja y créanme que lo haré pero para esta oportunidad decidí realizarme una tortilla y lo hice con lo que tenía.
La verdad sé que recientemente me hice una hamburguesa y no quisiera exagerar ya más con las salsas y esas cosas. Así que para esta oportunidad intenté hacer mi tortilla un poquito más sin tanta grasa.
Realmente fue muy fácil y rápido ya que no me tomé ni 15min en hacerlo.
Pero sin tanto preámbulo comencemos.

The truth is, I know I have to change the menu a bit haha and believe me I will, but this time I decided to make an omelette and I did it with what I had.
The truth is I know that I recently made a hamburger and I don't want to exaggerate anymore with the sauces and stuff. So this time I tried to make my tortilla a little more without so much fat.
It really was very easy and fast since I didn't even take 15min to do it.
But without much ado let's get started.
Yo la hice de pollo porque era lo que tenía, pero ustedes pueden añadirles lo que deseen, pollo, carne, tocineta, chuleta, etc. Y simplemente lo que hice fue picar en trozos pequeños el pollo y cocinarlo.
I made it with chicken because it was what I had, but you can add whatever you want, chicken, meat, bacon, chop, etc. And just what I did was I chopped the chicken into small pieces and cooked it.
Mientras el pollo cocinaba, piqué la cebolla y el tomate, la verdad lo hubiese hecho tipo ensalada, picado en trozos pequeños pero no, preferí dejarlo así en trozos más grandes.
While the chicken was cooking, I chopped the onion and tomato, the truth would have been salad-like, chopped into small pieces but no, I preferred to leave it that way in larger pieces.
Una vez listo el pollo procedo a agarrar mi tortilla, yo utilicé esas pero ustedes pueden utilizar las de su preferencia. Y una de las cosas que siempre hago con estas tortillas es que ellas vienen como precocidas pero a mí me gustan que estén tostadas, así que le coloqué un poco de mantequilla y las coloco en el budare en llama baja.
Once the chicken is ready, I proceed to grab my tortilla, I used those but you can use the ones of your choice. And one of the things that I always do with these tortillas is that they come pre-cooked but I like them toasted, so I put a little butter on them and place them in the budare on a low flame.
Mientras ella se cocina por la parte inferior, yo procedí a colocarle un poquito de ketchup con mayonesa, pero ustedes pueden colocarle el aderezo que deseen, ya sea otro tipo de salsa, mantequilla, etc.
While she is cooking at the bottom, I proceeded to put a little ketchup with mayonnaise on it, but you can put any dressing you want, be it another type of sauce, butter, etc.
Luego le coloqué el jamón en trocitos, y después queso para que se derritiera más rápido.

Le coloqué el pollo y la razón por la cual ven poco pollo es porque compartí con mi papá🤣, pero lo importante es que dejé para mí un poquito y procedo a colocar la cebolla y el tomate.
I put the chicken in it and the reason why they see little chicken is because I shared it with my dad🤣, but the important thing is that I left a little bit for myself and I proceed to put the onion and tomato.
Ya para finalizar le coloqué unos chifles, pero solo es opcional, es a gusto de cada quien y a mi me gustó mucho porque le dió lo crocante que tanto buscaba. También puede colocarle más cosas, recuerden que es como lo prefieran, pueden colocarle cualquier tipo de queso, de jamón, incluso carne pollo, tocineta, o cualquier cosa que deseen. Al final solo deje que la tortilla se tostara un poquito más y listo.
Finally, I put some chifles on it, but it is only optional, it is to everyone's taste and I really liked it because it gave it the crispiness that I was looking for so much. You can also put more things on it, remember that it is however you prefer, you can put any type of cheese, ham, even chicken meat, bacon, or anything you want. At the end, just let the tortilla toast a little more and that's it.
