TodavΓa no puedo dar detalles de en quΓ© he estado trabajando pero vamos a tomar esta oportunidad para ponernos al dΓa con algunos acontecimientos interesantes o cuanto menos adorables de Febrero.
I can't yet give details of what I've been working on but let's take this opportunity to catch up on some interesting or at least adorable happenings from February.

Primero que nada y como siempre, sigo estudiando y buscando aprender nuevas tΓ©cnicas que me ayuden a mejorar mis skills crafteriles. La diferencia en esta ocasiΓ³n es que estoy siendo mΓ‘s consciente de las decisiones que tomo en lugar de saltar de un tema a otro por impulso (emociΓ³n-hype), y tambiΓ©n sobre cuidar mi salud en el proceso (Β‘mis manos estan muy maltratadas!, compre nuevas cremas y estoy tomando mas vitaminas, estoy muy motivada con el tema del cuidado personal).
First of all and as always, I am still studying and looking to learn new techniques that will help me improve my crafting skills. The difference this time is that I am being more conscious about the decisions I make instead of jumping from one topic to another on impulse (emotion-hype), and also about taking care of my health in the process (my hands are very bad!, I bought new creams and I am taking more vitamins, I am very motivated with the topic of personal care).

En este pequeΓ±o avance que tiene que ver con el amor propio, debo hacer agradecimientos especiales a mis amigos y menciΓ³n honorifica a los gatitos de la casa, que como puedes ver, es una compaΓ±Γa bastante fiel y reconfortante, Β‘me siguen a todos lados!; cada dΓa estan mas bonitos... no se cΓ³mo pude vivir hasta ahora sin gatos.
In this little advance that has to do with self-love, I must make special thanks to my friends and honorable mention to the kittens of the house, which as you can see, is a very faithful and comforting company, they follow me everywhere; every day they are more beautiful... PedΓ por correo un paquete de 100 unidades y llego bastante rΓ‘pido, son pinzas francesas de 8 cm y creo es lo mejor que pude hacer, en vista que por unidad, en mi ciudad encuentro revendedores que cobran hasta 3$ por pieza (la locura. Asi que investigue hasta encontrar un buen proveedor).
I ordered by mail a package of 100 units and it arrived quite fast, they are 8 cm French tweezers and I think it's the best I could do, in view that per unit, in my city I find resellers that charge up to 3$ per piece (crazy. So I investigated until I found a good supplier).

Aunque la situaciΓ³n del paΓs no es la de hace 15 aΓ±os ni remotamente, esta compra me recordΓ³ lo bien que se siente adquirir suficientes materiales, incluso si sobra eso no importa, puedo guardar una reserva y no preocuparme porque alguna vez me falte en medio de un proyecto; y siempre puedo obsequiar el excedente o darlo a alguien que lo necesite.
Although the situation of the country is not what it was 15 years ago, this purchase reminded me how good it feels to acquire enough materials, even if there are leftovers it doesn't matter, I can keep a reserve and not worry about ever running out in the middle of a project; and I can always give the surplus as a gift or give it to someone in need.

Un detalle "sad" es que el paquete sufriΓ³ muchos golpes en el envΓo, no se por quΓ© la agencia de correo parece haber jugado softball con la bolsa, pero unas 9 piezas llegaron bastante daΓ±adas y tuve que descartarlas. El resto si estan perfectas, funcionales, maravillosas uwu 10/10 π
A "sad" detail is that the package suffered many blows in shipping, I don't know why the mail agency seems to have played softball with the bag, but about 9 pieces arrived quite damaged and I had to discard them. The rest if them are perfect, functional, wonderful uwu 10/10 π

ComencΓ© a llenar mis agendas por tema para 2024 y tener material bonito para diferenciar la informaciΓ³n y los eventos que estoy agendando es muy importante para mi. No quiero escatimar en estas pequeΓ±as cosas que aumentan mi felicidad diaria asi sea en el simple gesto de anotar los pendientes de cada dΓa.
I started to fill my agendas by topic for 2024 and having nice material to differentiate the information and events I am scheduling is very important to me. I don't want to skimp on these little things that increase my daily happiness even in the simple gesture of writing down each day's to-dos.

Y tenemos que hablar de los "lΓ‘pices infinitos", debo declararme adicta porque SON GENIALES SI NECESITAS HACER PATRONES, omg 1 equivale a 100 lΓ‘pices y he dibujado patrones como posesa, de verdad ayuda mucho no tener que estar sacando punta a los lΓ‘pices y este grafito es como mΓ‘s sutil, ensucia menos.
And we have to talk about the "infinite pencils", I must declare myself addicted because they are GREAT IF YOU NEED TO MAKE PATTERNS, omg 1 equals 100 pencils and I have drawn patterns like crazy, it really helps a lot not having to be sharpening pencils and this graphite is like more subtle, it makes less mess.

Dicen que cuando estas proyectado el universo coloca todo lo que necesitas en tu camino, y eso justamente me ha estado pasando estas semanas, por ejemplo necesito mucho material para elaborar guΓas de piezas-prototipos y un amigo me regalΓ³ una serie de lΓ‘minas enormes, material reciclado de trabajos de arquitectura y tesis de uno de sus estudiantes. Β‘TENGO MUCHISIMO CON QUE TRABAJAR! π
They say that when you are projected the universe puts everything you need in your way, and that's exactly what has been happening to me these weeks, for example I need a lot of material to develop prototype guides and a friend gave me a series of huge sheets, recycled material from architectural work and thesis of one of his students. I HAVE A LOT TO WORK WITH! π

En general puedo decir que las cosas han estado bastante bien, de hecho, tan bien que apenas he tocado la computadora o mi celular, he estado completamente abstraΓda en mi trabajo y nuevos proyectos, me he ido a dormir con un satisfactorio cansancio y mucha emociΓ³n por el dΓa siguiente.
Overall I can say that things have been pretty good, in fact, so good that I've barely touched the computer or my cell phone, I've been completely absorbed in my work and new projects, I've gone to sleep with a satisfying tiredness and a lot of excitement for the next day.

Quiero abandonar pensamientos y conductas auto-restrictivas en el camino de llegar a apreciar mi verdadero yo.
You have to be willing to experience new things, motivation may be lacking and of course encouragement may be lacking, but being willing means recognizing that you do want to step out of your comfort zone. I want to abandon self-restrictive thoughts and behaviors on the road to coming to appreciate the real me.
