Hello hive friends in the #Amazing nature community. On this occasion I would like to share some photos or pictures from my own photography about small butterflies that live in the wild. This butterfly is called the short-tailed blue or blue cupid.
Actually, butterflies or moths are classified as insects that have wings. Butterflies are usually active during the day while moths are active at night, while butterflies when resting they straighten their wings, while moths spread their wings at rest. There are many types of butterflies in Indonesia there are 600 species of butterflies. One of them is Cupid.
The short-tailed blue cupid is a butterfly that is part of the Lycaenidae family. The one I photographed is a female butterfly because the upper part is dark gray blue With a black part on the very broad edge in contrast to the male which has a purple upper part, the front wings are purple with brown edges.
That's a little information about the blue cupid butterfly from me, I hope you like it. Actually I really like photography in the wild like this we can see many things that we have never seen so basically I like photography.
