Hello hiveian friends, how are you all today and I hope you are always in good health always and continue to give the best, I always hope that you are all in good health and happy there, so on this occasion I will try to share about my journey to a tourist place that has been available in our city, therefore I also want to show some of the beauty of them to all of you here.
this was a slightly busy activity that day because all day long I went to the cold city of Takengon, Aceh Tengah, Aceh province.
On that day I had a previous appointment with my friend to go to a tourist spot, that day we agreed to leave in the morning to get to our destination quickly, because the cold city was quite far, we traveled by motorbike around 4 hours of travel, so here I woke up around 7 am and immediately rushed to take a shower and have breakfast.
After finishing breakfast I immediately rushed to get dressed and get ready to leave, even though we left at 8 am but we were blocked by a very heavy rain on Mount Salak, so we had to wait for the rain to stop and just leave again. We set off again to get to our destination and we can already see the city from the top of the hill, although it is still very far.
After walking for about 3 hours, we can now see the freshwater lake in this city, the freshwater lake is also one of the most famous tourist attractions here, and there are many other very beautiful tourist attractions here. Here I can't take a selfie of myself because everyone makes a mistake and I also didn't think about making my story at that time. So just a few pictures that I took and I share with you all. And here, let's enjoy some of the scenery in this cold city of Takengon, which I managed to capture and save in my cellphone gallery.
Thank you very much to all of you who have enjoyed the view that I managed to get and let's relax for a moment while enjoying a glass of Aceh coffee, coffee is very famous in our city, and this coffee is very much in demand by many people here and even tourists who come from various countries. The area also really enjoys it, even the tourists who come here often take this coffee home as a souvenir when they go home.
We just sat and enjoyed a cup of coffee for about 30 minutes and then it rained again here, as usual we know that the city of Takengon, which is called the cold city, rains very often. We ran and entered the shop for shelter. And it turned out that the rain was getting heavier and we continued to wait for the rain to stop, the rain started to subside at around 16:25 and we immediately rushed to go home, because we needed a 4 hour drive home.
It turned out that our return was still blocked by the rain that did not stop, but even so we still had to go home even though it was raining, and we also had a supply of coats to cover our bodies from the rain.
We came home about almost to Mount Salak in about 1 hour, then we stopped on the way to buy Fruits to take home as souvenirs from the cold city. After we shopped for 2 kilos of avocado and 4 kilos of kasma fruit, then we continued our journey home again.
