Bugging out at these super mutants
Once back for a quick stop off at the boathouse and straight back out, after a short nap, the Malden drainage was found and the next thing to be checked out as it was close to the boathouse.
Inside had some bloodbug hatchlings just waiting on the walls but not attacking. Most were able to easily be taken out with the explosive pistol, getting the shots off with precision so quick disposals saw them drop dead, before one managed to get in Arghrash's face and did a small amount of damage to him.
"Get lost you stupid bug and join your friends on the ground" claimed Arghrash before taking some badly aimed shots with the bloodbug hitting him for a little bit.
The only thing of interest besides killing for some experience, was the steamer trunk with an okay haul.. some ammo is nice and not the worst type, frag mine and molotov cocktail plus the bottlecaps, were the biggest find and made this worth the short trip.
It was about to be made much more worth it!
Not only a chem table to make more advanced chems for the toughest battles that require all the help he could get, but Arghrash found a power core to help power the suit, as these will eventually run out and he does not want to keep buying them.
"So glad to have this boathouse as a safe haven, now to have a nice sleep and then drink water so I am ready for setting off again" Arghrash said before having the sleep and waking, to drink some water.
Further up the road from those bloodbugs that were killed, a building which was overrun by super mutants, could be found and this would be the next best thing to go for before the bunker.. considering it could have a lot of loot and the boathouse is only down the road from it.
The sniper was used to take a couple of initial shots on one mutant before the hound came charging his way.
After placing a mine and moving back to allow this hound to die on the mine, it was the suicider charging his way and the gap was closing.. same strategy got applied though, of the walking back while shooting the mini nuke to blow them up and it is always effective!
Medford Memorial Hospital is what this building is so there is bound to be some solid loot.. among the mass super mutants also inside.
Inside the blood bags they use to try scare people who decide to visit, one held a good amount of caps and some .50 caliber rounds and the looting was quickly interrupted by some of the super mutants walking around, with one to spot Arghrash rustling about their blood bags.
A couple of grenades got thrown to kill one of them to allow the focus shifted on any others directly nearby to him.
Two more were killed in a fire fight and the others kept coming, three more were hiding and shooting so it was time to get out of that kill box Arghrash was sitting in and go rage mode. "Time for you super mutants to be taken out and be taught a lesson."
Psychojet was used which was one of the combined chems he had made, to slow time while increasing damage dealt and reducing damage taken too. So now with this, he was taking them out quickly and managing to survive with lower health and good thing he could.
A small spot around a corner provided cover to allow stimpak use and healing with food and water used as well. After using them, Arghrash popped back out to continue finishing off the rest in which multiple more had come out to the fight.
The first was taken out just up a little higher and this was easy enough, two though on a higher level were able to be taken out with a grenade, luckily enough for such a good throw while getting some shots off to help weaken both for the grenade to finish them.
"This place is crazy and I got lucky this time around. Better loot this immediate area and get back to rest up" Arghrash thought to himself as he looted anything good.
He made his way back to the boathouse and to safety and thought about what he might need to help clear that hospital, a sleep and then checking his storage here and at the other base.
