Without you buying more LUV, you can only accumulate it either through receiving !LUV tips or getting gifted/awarded that token. π€
Delegating to the LUV bot doesn't earn you anything, and it won't be put to good use as the LUV bot only sends !LUV tokens and does not use its Voting Power. π€ However, if you delegate Hive Power to the !LOLZ, ALIVE, or WINEX bots, you will earn more of the respective token where you delegated the bot. π€
Anyway, I recommend that you don't delegate to those bots unless you have high amounts of Hive Power (such as more than 2,000 HP), as your votes won't be enough to reach the minimum payout threshold of posts and comments (which is $0.02) and you would soon find yourself out of Resource Credits because of your frequent activity on Hive. π

You can rent Resource Credits from the #HiveEngine leasing page at a small fraction of the cost of renting Hive Power of the same amount. π€
