For me, I really can't avoid this kind of Situations just like having a stress feelings. But despite of that, I also felt happiness behind of my sadness and stressful situations. Having a lot of chores, works and responsibilities can make us really stressful. All I have to do is to control myself from emotional feelings. Depression and stress are some of the enemies in our mental life and it should be destroyed by ourselves by keeping calm always.
I admit, I am not really strong woman and I have my weaknesses also. I have a lot of problems I faced right now but I keep myself enjoyed by doing some things just like writing and posting here in the platform. Having a stressful situations is not really easy and it needs to control and avoid of getting flowed away by many problems. We are the one and only ourselves can solve this mental and emotional Problems. Other people can only help by advice us on what to do, and it is our own moves by solving it.
I am really happy and proud that I handled my stress and problems very well. I really don't mind it and the only thing I did is not to ake it really deeply in our heart and mind. I only enjoyed the good things I did and as for that I can ignored my stressful problems. As I doing my article tonight I felt stress again and I really admit it. I keep myself calm and think about the positive vibes always to help get rid of the stressful and depressed situations I have tonight.
