In my last post, I talked about how our attitudes and emotions pay a huge influence in our decision making process as humans. Today I would like to share some of the emotions one may experience due to these decisions we have made in the past, which is the financial stress and anxiety. This type of feeling is very common among so many people trying to make it out of a struggling phase, especially young people.

Many people are usually blown away by the fact that they don’t have a secured and good paying jobs to rely on. Others too are still struggling to pay off some of their debts, be it student loans are what have you. It is not very easy to navigate one’s self out of these kind of phases in life. This usually makes us take some irrational decisions at desperate times in order to get out of these struggles and this is where the financial stress and anxiety comes into play.

We are then left with a feeling of self doubt and belief, this makes us question our overall income. We start asking ourselves questions as to whether our income is usually enough for the wellbeing of an individual and to make any use of it. Now, it is not easy for people to get out of such situations dealing with Financial stress and anxiety but they are some ways that we can manage to overcome this type of feelings.

Make a budget; this usually lets you understand your total income and by that, you will be able to manage your spending wisely so that most of your needs and expenses are covered. With this method, you are the master of all your funds and you can make the necessary decisions to help curb losses and overall, have a great plan as to where all your money goes to.

Identify the source of your financial stress; mostly we are too focused on the kind of stress an anxiety that follows without taking the necessary actions to solve them. One thing that is important to getting us out of these stress and anxiety is that, we should be able to find out where the problem is coming from. That is to say, we should know the cause of our anxiety and stress and this will help us come out with a great plan that will get us out of it.

Seeking good advice and backing; one other thing that we usually fail to do is that, we tend not to ask so many questions from experts and people in general before diving into a decision. We should always ask questions from people in other to better understand the process of an investment and there after make the right investment decisions. This will help expose us to the risk and reward involved before making any decisions. Also, there is a need to seek support from others when there is failure in our investment, especially from family members.

Lastly, Practicing self-care; can go along way to help us manage problems involving any type of stress and anxiety. We should regularly treat ourselves to something good and let the body have an enough rest every now and then. We may get involved in outdoor activities like swimming and having a good time out with friends. These are some self care activities that may help you reduce any form of stress and anxiety, also meditation is another way of helping yourself out of anxiety and stress.

Overall financial stress and anxiety can easily be managed when we do things rightly, which is taking good care of ourselves, seeking advice and support, making a budget and then identifying our source of stress and anxiety. It also necessary to understand that we should cultivate a sense of self belief in order to improve our general wellbeing.

Is true bro, you are welcome

I practice selfcare whenever i am stressed. It's what's working for me. I remind myself that i am very important and must take care of me first mentally, physically and psychologically.

Many people tend to forget about how much they need to take care of their body, and this usually drains them down. That’s why everyone needs some time off work to relax and cool off at certain period. This rests the brain properly and ready to move forward with what ever comes next. Thanks for visiting my post, much appreciated.
