The Case for Regulation

Yeah so banning betting might feel like the more better thing to do and this will lead to smoother econom, that's what we may think, but we know a complete bann of this betting could drive the whole industry underground and would make it more challenging to regulate and to be eradicate the same betting from the economy. So some laws or rules must stand:

- Age restrictions: To ensure that only adults can participate in betting.

- Advertising restrictions: To limit the promotion of betting services, particularly to those vulnerable people.

- Responsible betting practices: To encourage betting operators to promote responsible betting habits and provide support to problem bettors.

- Education and awareness: To educating the public about the risks and problems associated with this said betting and to also providing resources to those struggling with addiction.

The Case for Personal Responsibility

Yeah so , the decision to engage in betting should be a personal choice, not something forced ,people must be aware of the risks and take responsibility for every of their actions, Rather than relying solely on law or rules stated down,, we should focus on promoting responsible betting practices, educating the public, and providing support for those struggling with addiction.

Betting is a very wide and complex issue that requires a very delicate and at the same time serious approach. So while it's essential to acknowledge the devastating consequences of problem in betting, a complete ban might not be the most effective solution or even being a he solution at all, Instead, we should focus on implementing stricter law /rules to promoting responsible betting practices, and educating the public about the risks associated with betting. By taking a balanced approach, we can minimize the harm caused by betting while still allowing individuals to make informed choices about their own lives.

I dont think the age restriction can be allowed

The mental stress of betting is what don't get so much attention whereas its' impact in our lives is even worse than the financial impact, damn! The constant heart attacks and increased heartbeats when your bet is about to cut is something unparalleled to anything yet people still bet and not just bet but bet more than they can afford to lose... It's really a sad realisation for real.

I also agree with the solutions you proffered especially that of advertising limitations
