Hello beautiful community,
Today is my first post here in the community, told to me about it by a friend who also posts here in hive.
I didn't think about it and clicked on the JOIN button and in a few moments I was here.
So I would like to start this post with the thought of telling you that I am a great lover of nature and whenever I have the opportunity I participate in all the actions to collect garbage from the woods, the countryside, the waterfront.
About this I want to tell you a few words, a few days ago in the commune where I live was launched online the idea of volunteering in order to collect the garbage abandoned on the field located quite close to us and on the river Mures.
To my surprise, a lot of people participated in this action, even a lot of young people who came with the idea of showing other young people what it means not to take care of our planet.
In this picture you can see some bags full of plastic bottles collected from the pasture behind the picture.
In this picture you can see only a small part of the volunteers who participated in this action, I'm sorry I can't put more pictures of the other volunteers because it was very difficult to get their consent to appear here(I'm the one in the yellow blouse.)
In this picture we see the sign informing us that it is forbidden to litter in this area, and this is sanctioned.
This is what the field looks like after we have closed the collection action.
And on both sides of the farm road the rubbish was collected.
Here you can see some of the bags full of plastic bottles.
Along the way there were several piles of bags like the ones in the picture.
The action was a real success and a total of around 250 black plastic bags were collected and collected by the sanitation company and handed over for recycling.
Two types of rubbish were collected, plastic and cardboard.
Each type of rubbish was taken to a specialised recycling company.
I am very happy when I know that the plastic we collect has been reused, but I can say that it would be good for the future to stop overusing plastic.
In conclusion, I would like to ask you to keep the planet clean, because it does not belong to us, it must remain for those who will come after us.
Yours @triplug!
