We're back to Hive Power Up Day
Hive Power Up Day is a monthly "tradition" we can say, every first of the month Hive users power up some liquid Hive they have in their account and basically stake it as HP and increase value of their vote and more cool stuff, you can read about it here.
If you read the post you'll see that there are prizes to be won every month, as usual I want to drop a big thank you to @traciyork for dedicating her time in this project. Big up!
2021 - 2022
Considering I signed up on Hive in March 2021 and started posting actively in June I managed to power up 5 out of 7 months I have been active on Hive, not bad :)
I started 2022 with a nice 100 power up and today I decided to do a 200 power up and maybe delegate 100 of those to some good projects.
I'm ready to get that second badge!
I had 600+ Hive sitting on binance from some trading so I moved that over for the upcoming airdrops and then just decided to leave it in my account and use to power up some every now and then, also it's not a bad idea to have some spare Hive sitting on its native blockchain ready for whatever cool project/game that may be coming, lots of stuff is happening so better be ready!

As previously mentioned I'm going for 200 this month, here is the usual transaction of me sending money to me lol (.cit @stayten 😂)

A small goal for February...
This one for me will be huge, I have a very bad memory, I need to set an alarm, but I say to myself to set an alarm and forget about setting the alarm... lol
Anyway the goal is to do the Hive Power Up Month! In order to do so I need to power up 1 Hive every single day of the month! C'mon I can do it!
I just received this notification for my successful Power Up and in the comment there was this link so it's confirmed that Hive Power Up Month is still going!
Some Delegations here and there...
I have 140 delegated around and to make it a nice even number I'm thinking to delegate 60 around to get to 200 HP delegated.
Because I have just recently received the badges of The European Hive Gorilla and The Hive Mechatronics Network, (both part of The Mind Force Gathering founded by @yangyanje and I'm now also part of the team, big up bro!) and I like both of these projects so I decided to delegate 10 HP to each.
The remaining 40 after checking around a bit I decided to delegate to @qurator, main reasons are the quality curation and the 80% paid out.

And last but not least...
Last month I wanted to power up 10 HP to my girlfriend's account and get the Power Up badge but I don't know why I got confused and thought it was 10 HP in delegation, which I delegated to her last month, and then not receiving the badge and the usual @hivebuzz notification I went to read the rules again and there was written that in order to get the badge it had to be the first Power Up that the account receives, I was high probably and still didn't catch that it was a power up and not a delegation even after reading the rules again so I then thought "Ohhhh it's not working because when she first signed up using my referral I delegated her 1 Hive for the lolz, what an idiot!" so I gave up on that badge!
Then I realized! The next bloody day! That it was a Power Up and not a delegation, but it was too late...
Now I finally Powered Up 10 HP to her account and hopefully I will receive the badge soon 😂
She finally will start posting on Hive too, she did a very nice lettering for my latest contest (#12 SHOW) and will post it before expiration :) She started writing down a bit for her introduction post so I'm very confident she will join us on the blockchain very soon 😎
