Today is the second day of Eid. We went to the cemetery to visit our deceased relatives. It is a tradition! Visiting our deceased relatives during the holidays is one of the habits passed down to us from our ancestors since time immemorial. We go to the cemetery to pray, talk to them, reminisce about old times and show that we have not forgotten them.
After visiting the cemetery, we went down to the center and enjoyed the beautiful weather. Since this is a spiritual district, it is very crowded every day of the year. There are tombs of spiritual people here, so it is flooded with visitors from different countries almost every day of the year. This is also the neighborhood where I spent my childhood and where I went to school until high school. Many of my memories were spent here, I have a lot of experiences here. There is a historical ice cream shop that has been here since my childhood and every time I come here I don't leave without eating its delicious ice cream.
I am a bit tired today, I think the weather changes and the tiredness of a few days have made me sick. When I woke up in the morning, I had swelling and edema on my face and hands. My sleep and diet have been disrupted for days. I love the holidays, but I want to return to my own order as soon as possible. So much intensity did not do me any good. My cheeks are huge! 🤦😂 For now, I will enjoy the holiday. Because the most important thing is to stay in the moment and enjoy life! Writing between this intensity relaxes my mind a little bit. There are things I want to write, there are so many beautiful photos taken in beautiful moments that I want to share, I will share them all when the holiday is over and I return to my old calm routine. Goodbye for now!
