CONTENTS:
- 1 cup of rice
- Green bell pepper
- dry mint
- Olive oil
- One medium onion
- Parsley
- Grated tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon of granulated sugar
- enough salt
We lightly fry our chopped onion in olive oil.
We add the tomato puree on our onion and fry it a little bit.
Add the rice to the tomato puree and fry it a little bit.
Add cinnamon, sugar, salt, and dried mint to the roasted rice.
Add the rice mortar water. We let it cook for a while. We should not cook it as long as rice, but cook it half raw, so that the dough that will be cooked in our pepper later can be dough.
We also add our parsley to our half-cooked mortar.
We stuff our peppers that we clean and wash.
We make a lid made of tomatoes on the peppers we put in the pot.
Add half a tea glass of olive oil and water to the peppers and let them cook.
