Delicious sweet pumpkin cooked

Assalamu Alaikum, how are you all? Hope everybody is doing very well and healthy. I am also much better inshallah.

Today I came back to you again with a recipe to cook a very delicious sweet pumpkin with fish. I hope you like it.

Sweet pumpkin has a lot of nutrients. Sweet pumpkin is rich in vitamin A, so it is very beneficial for the eyes. Sweet pumpkin also has many other benefits.

So let's see, friends, how I cooked a very delicious sweet pumpkin with fish -

Here I have the ingredients for cooking-

Sweet pumpkin, fish, dried chilli paste, onion paste, garlic paste, cumin paste, salt, turmeric powder and soybean oil etc.

Recipe -

First I took the sweet pumpkin here. This time I cut the sweet pumpkin into small pieces. Now I have washed them well.

This time I took fish here. This time I have mixed it well with fish salt and turmeric powder.

This time I put a ring in the oven and put some oil in the pan. This time I put the fish with salt and turmeric powder inside it. This time I turned the fish upside down and fried it well. This time I took it down from the stove.

This time again I put a pan in the oven and put the same amount of oil in the pan. When the oil is hot, stir fry the dried chilli paste and garlic paste with onion paste and stir well. This time I have given sweet pumpkin inside. This time I stirred it well and put a little water inside it. This time I stirred it well again with salt and turmeric powder inside. This time I will take out the sweet pumpkin well.

After a while, the sweet pumpkin is gone. This time I have given enough water inside. This time I will burn for a while. After a while I put the fried fish inside. This time I will move it a little and light it again for a while. After a while, I mixed it well with cumin paste. This time I will burn a little again. It has been burnt for a while. This time I took it down from the stove. So in a very short time I have made a very delicious sweet pumpkin dish with very few ingredients. Hey, it is much tastier to eat and much more nutritious.
