I live naked and barefooted, very close to Earth and Nature, in an 18-acre, off-grid, clothing-optional, food-forest intentional community (GaiaYoga Gardens), way out in the jungles of Lower Puna, far East Big Island, Hawai'i, and I have for more than 5 years now. I finally carved out some time yesterday afternoon to write and publish the official announcement post for the relaunch of the @alive.chat community engagement activities, Announcing the Relaunch of the Alive Chat Community Engagement Activities: Let's Get the Party Started! - Friday, January 3, 2025, so we're live and ready to go! The first engagement activity will begin on Monday, January 6th, with @cursephantom hosting Share Your 2025 Goals and Finish It Together!, followed on Tuesday with him also hosting Let's Stake and Be ALIVE!, and then finishing it off with @edgerik hosting Connect and Share Your Engagement! on Saturday. We plan on adding more Alive Chat activities as more community members come forward to host or co-host them, until we have an activity for every day of the week once again. If you'd like to host or help co-host a weekly activity, let us know, and we'll make it happen! Anyone hosting or co-hosting weekly activities will also, of course, be set as a beneficiary for each activity post that they host/co-host.
With Alive Chat officially relaunched and rolling, the next order of business for me is to finish the inventory of the assets on all the Alive Tribe accounts, and then on to deciding how best to use and grow them moving forward, with the intention to make our operation self-sufficient and self-sustaining. We also need to consider how each Alive Tribe account itself could best be utilized, to add ever-greater value and enjoyment for the We Are Alive community, and for Hive as a whole. It will be a lot of work, but I'm looking forward to it, as my mind thrives on putting puzzles like that together.
The We Are Alive Tribe is truly coming alive once again, with a lot of excitement both on the part of the present leadership, and in the community, which is the perfect way to kickoff 2025 in an excellent direction. As I've mentioned, the present core leadership members, Ben (@benthomaswwd), Rosyel (@iamraincrystal), and me, intend to decentralize the leadership and management of the Alive Tribe as much as possible, so if you want to be part of making this wonderful community great again, and even better than it was before, let us know, and we'll make it a reality!
At some point today, in line with my prediction, I'll be crossing the threshold of 8,600 Hive Power, and only a week after passing 8,500 HP. I'm very close to 400 HBD in Savings, as well as 70.72 Reputation, so my account's growth is moving along at a rather nice pace indeed, and it's going faster all the time!
The decision to increase my 2025 goal of 13,000 HP to 15,000 HP is quite daunting, but I'm determined to not only reach 15,000 Hive Power, but to notably surpass it. Between what I'm growing with off-chain and Hive assets here, I believe that I'll be able to make it happen, which is exciting to the max! Yep, on every level 2025 is looking to be a truly exceptional year, and I'm so ready for it, and I know that you are too!
Yesterday, Friday, after finishing my usual Hive tasks, I focused on putting together, writing, and publishing the official announcement post for the Alive Chat, which I got done by around 2:30PM, and after a bit of token management, I left the Flow House just before 2:45PM, taking some time to do some photography for these posts, before collecting a wheelbarrow full of assorted foliage for cow-milking food with Sol. Once that was done, I took a shower, then I made myself some food (ground beef, eggs, onions, tomatoes, and sea salt) in the Landing, and with that in hand, I returned to the Flow House, a little earlier than usual, to devote some extra time to catching up on my notifications, and of course to do my other important evening Hive tasks. I kept going, with a short pause to do my comment moderation for @aliveandthriving, from about 4:30PM to 12AM, and I still wasn't able to catch up fully on my notifications, even though I did get close. That gives you some idea of the sheer quantity of notifications that I receive. So it's been three days in a row that I haven't been able to get fully caught up on my notifications, though it does have the benefit of pushing me to the top of the Ecency Leaderboard again...lol! I went to bed just before 12:30AM, and thankfully I slept very well, waking up just before 6:30AM, doing a round of token management, starting on this post, then getting out of bed to go make my superfood fire coffee, and to milk Daisy with Sol, which went very smoothly. When milking was done, I made my way back to the Flow House to write this post. It's now just before 12PM, so a wonderful time to end this post, so that I may attend to my few other important Hive tasks, before preparing for my session with Riana. I deeply appreciate y'all so very much! Until my entry for the Reflection Hunters Contest later this evening, and the next expression of this post tomorrow! 2025 Life Goals
1.) Do regular integral practices again, alone or with others.
2.) Prepare regular batches of my medicinal teas collected from the land again.
3.) Make my plant nursery, and the gardens, beautiful again.
4.) Begin learning relevant coding/programming languages to more fully contribute to the sovereignty-driven technologies where I am active, like Arch Linux, Hive, Qortal, DeSo, and Bastyon.
