As I mentioned in my prior posts ( 1 & 2 ) I have researched several studies on supplements, how to combat autoimmune disorders with them and how to combat nerve pain. There were some hits and misses. I had allergic reaction to some and some of the more popular nerve supplements caused me to have seizures so I had to drop them.
My current regimen boosted my energy levels and helped with wound healing ( I have been battling a non healing ulcer for 5 years that now is slowly healing ). Nothing seemed to help with the 8-10 hours pain attacks though until I added NMN ( Nicotinamide mononucleotide). Used fro some people to combat ageing it also has shown to restore damaged axons in rodents. NMN was a game changer for me and although I am not sure if it was the NMN alone or a combination if it with the other supplements I can report I am virtually pain free. It is somewhat of a miracle considering that I have been suffering from horrible pain for more than 7 years on a daily basis.

As I said NMN was a game changer and obvious miracle. It has been over 4 months now and I have had only a hand full of pain events and even those were never as severe as the ones in the past. I also noticed some feeling coming back in some of the numb areas. If this trend will persist , I do not know but I do know that I am tankful for every bit of sensation I get back. I had no feeling below the navel and my hands were completely numb. Now i can feel part of my hands and I feel my legs again. Sadly not my feet yet but even they have spots I can feel a bit. Eventually I would like to take a new nerve conduction test to test to compare the then and now. The NMN took about 3 weeks to kick in so do not be discouraged if it does not help right away these things need time to build up in the body.

Fatty 15 This one was another game changer 2 weeks after taking it my energy levels were noticeably better and my wound stated to heal. I take this once a day at 2pm
NMN 125mg This was the game changer considering my pain levels. I take this twice a day at 2pm and at 10pm
Cranberry Extract 500mg I take this once a day at 2pm
Vitamin C 1000mg I take this once a day at 2pm
Boswellia 500mg I take this once a day at 5pm
Magnesium 400mg I take this once a day at 2pm
Turmeric Supplement 2100mg I take this once a day at 10pm
iwi colesterol I take this once a day at 5pm
iwi omega 3 I take this once a day at 2pm
Neo40 I take this once a day at 2pm
Vitamin D3 chews I take this once a day at 2pm
SuperGrapes I take this once a day 2pm
Papaya Digestive EnzymeI take these with every meal
Diet Matters
Before starting this regimen I was vegan however I was a crap vegan. While a plant based diet is healthier than any other diet even in its worst from I was not eating healthy. I was eating a lot of vegan fast food and junk and I became unimaginably fat on top of my other issues. This has changed I am now eating mostly raw vegan and fully whole foods. I am still tweaking my diet for the best anti-inflammatory properties but I will be discussing that in other posts. The long story short is however if you eat junk no supplements on the planet will save you from health issues in the end you are 100% what you eat.
