If we look at the definition of sports we will know that it is the name of the competition in which opponents utilize their ultimate energy, power, and skills to defeat each other. It can be called allowed war at a limited scale under laws and ethics. Sports are classified into many types and one of them is based on physical touch i.e. contact and noncontact sports. Contact sports are such games in which opponents can directly touch each other to stop them. This physical contact sometimes results in serious energy.

Whatever sports you play, you're vulnerable to injuries because you may get hit by an opponent directly or by some sports equipment intentionally and unintentionally. Sports history is teemed with many fatalities caused by injuries while playing. Some injuries are minor and can be recovered after treatment while some can cost a life.

Being a sportsman, I can tell you guys that it does not take much long time for a game to get converted into fierce enmity, and the opponent to whom you might be chortling before the game will become your most fiery enemy. Between this war-like rivalry, opponents may hurt each other. And contact sports are those games that (partly)allow you to directly use your force on someone to counter him.

Examples of contact sports are football, soccer, American football, Rugby, basketball, boxing, and martial arts. In all these games you have the impunity to use your ultimate force to stop opponents but by remaining under laws and rules. Use of force and direct touch is allowed by remaining under the law and those who over disobey them suffer punishments from referees.

Every contact sports game is played with some specific rules like in football you can’t intentionally kick or push opponents. You can resist him from reaching balls via hands and body but you cannot push them. In boxing, you can hit anywhere except below the belt. In basketball as well, pushing is not allowed.

While there is some impunity as well in contact sports. For example in martial arts and ninja techniques, opponents can strike with their hands and feet on heads of each other to induce unconsciousness. In American football and rugby, which are robust games comprising muscular and ruthless players, opponents can pounce upon each other. You might see opponents piling over each and in all these attempts they may get injured as well. This according to me takes the spirit of the game.

Injuries are proportional to sports. Injuries may occur in any game. Cricket is not a contact sport but still, players suffer many injuries. So we cannot totally make games injury-free. What can we do is try to remove those injuries that are given intentionally . I do not have much expertise in legislation and enaction of laws and rules but still I can suggest some modifications.

According to me , hitting head must not be allowed in martial arts and if it is allowed opponents must be guarded with helmets over head and neck region. Similarly in soccer hemets are essential.

Many ones will be asking to completely end these games.I will not say this because games are essential no matter of what nature they are rather some modifications can be introduced tomake them more safer and interesting.

In very violent sports, perhaps the best solution would be to extinguish them. Changing the rules of a sport that used to be about hitting your opponent in the head is no longer an option.

its not okay to be harsh in games. things might go south and you end up injuring somebody beyond repair
