After chopping the meat, the tuna is immediately brought home, and after arriving at the house the people at home immediately put all the tuna meat that had been cut into pieces or had been chopped earlier into the bucket to be cleaned and ready to be washed and then cooked and ready to be served for the tahlilan event.

This fish seller looks so skilled at cutting fish and this person is already very skilled, the fish are also not damaged, everything is arranged very quickly and the fish cuts look the same size as we need, here the fish we need are only forty kilos.
