Simple, easy, tasty, and very healthy Palak Paneer is a classic curry Indian dish, It is so popular, especially in north India. 'Palak' is a Hindi word for 'Spinach' and 'Paneer' stands for 'Indian cottage cheese'.
“Palak Paneer as a dish is rich in protein, folates, vitamins C, K, and A, magnesium, phosphorus and dietary fiber, so it is a great way to include some healthy green vegetables and high-quality protein in your daily diet.
I am from New Delhi in India and here the temperature goes down to 0 degrees in winter. Here some people may think that how can a temperature of 0 degrees be called winter? But friends, here in Delhi during summer, which usually lasts for 5 months, sometimes the maximum temperature reaches 50 degrees. Accordingly, a 0-degree temperature is bone-freezing cold for us.
So in that winter when you get a hot bowl of delicious palak-paneer with crispy bread and white butter. That feeling warms you up inside and beats the winter.
