Today I am going to open my Cafe. So I want to share the details of my cafe with all of you, and I hope you all will love it and will come to my cafe and you will give me a chance to serve you.
My father has said to me that I should start my own work, my own business and he has given me money for that. So I have decided to open a luxury cafe to serve the people and to run my business from here. In my area there are a lot of cafes, and I live in a tropical zone. But I am thinking of something else to make the cafe at a place where there should be cold.
So I have decided to start my cafe in the Northern areas of Pakistan as these are cold. Here the snowfall happens most of the time and it will be a great place for me to start my cafe. And more closely I will start it in front of the lake, as there are beautiful lakes and these are the dating places as well.
So now I am coming towards the design of the cafe. As I am building it in the cold area and here the snowfall also happens. So I am making a prone shape cafe so that due to heavy snowfalls it cannot be destroyed. Now the exterior should attract everyone and everyone should come after seeing the exterior.
As I am building the cafe Infront of lake and it is a dating place as well and people come here to date each other. So I will alluminate the exterior with the green artificial soft plastic grass. All the walls will be covered with this. And in the center of each wall there will be the artificial roses making the heart 💖. And the borders of the walls will be covered with the pink and white flowers. And I will install the led lights in all the walls according to the color. So green lights in the green places of the walls. And Similarly red and pink dim led lights in the red and pink flowers.
And at the entrance of the cafe on the front top side there will be a heart shape free space in which Cafe will be written with the help of the artificial big coffee beans, which will be visible to far off places as well. And the entrance gate will be made up of the glass and it will be covered with the artificial grass even it's handle which will be used to pull it to open.
The LEDs will also be in this grass which will alluminate it. And at the entrance there will be an air conditioner which will provide warm air to the clients at the entrance, so that they can be attracted to come and visit and enjoy the cafe more. And the interesting thing is that I will install human sensors, whenever any human comes near the cafe entrance the door will be automatically opened and a placard will be displayed automatically to welcome the client.
And in the interior I will add some aquatic things in the walls. I will install the glass aquariums along with the walks. And in those aquariums the water will be in layers which means different colours of water in different walls. And in those wall aquariums I will put some unique aquatic habitats such as different types of fish with different colours. I love the golden color of the fish so most of the fish will be of golden colours and these fish will be of normal size.
And inside the walls there will be written the name of the cafe which will glow in the water with the waves. So these are the walls decoration through which everybody will be able to feel the aquatic nature closely while enjoying the cafe products.
Now it's time to look out for the equipment used in the cafe. As most visitors come there and couples to date and some people celebrate their honeymoon. And they come there to get entertainment, and there should be an environment which gives them peace and relaxation and peace and most importantly the cafe can provide them a time and an environment to feel each other and to fall in love with each other more deeply.
I have decided to install the chairs and tables of the pink colours. And on each chair the heart will be carved with the red coloured soft and fluffy material. Each chair will be like a sofa and it will double for the couples, so that the couples can sit in one chair with each other. And in the other section there will be separate chairs installed in front of each other. Because some couples like to sit in front of each other to see each other's eyes. So every facility will be available and with complete privacy.
And on each table there will be the digital menu system and people can see the menu and can order without the interference of the waiters. And in that menu system there will be a playlist of hot and romantic songs which will be playing and client can change the song according to their choice and with the internet connection they can search more which is not available. And on the pink table there will be the dim candles which will make the scene more lovely and romantic. So it is all about the design and the concept on which the design will be made.
Now it's time to maintain the menu of the cafe. As the cafe is at the cold place so the first thing which will be served here it will be hot drinks. And these hit drinks are given below:
- Hot Chocolate
- White Chocolate
- Vanilla Tea
- Green Tea
And after that coffee will be the hot product in the cafe because nowadays young generation like to have coffee in normal days as well as in the cold days and especially with their loved ones. So different coffee products which will be served are given below:

- Macchiato
- Espresso
- Mocha
- Latte
And now on a cafe there should also be some desserts as it is also a trend to have, so the following desserts will be served:
- Sweets
- Cupcake
- Doughnut
- Croissant
- Cheesecake
As we know that most of the people are lover of the fresh juices so I will also serve fresh juices to the clients and those are given below:

- Banana
- Apple

We wil be offering breakfast and other fastfoods such as:
- Burgers
- Fries
- Shawarma
- Chicken Sticks
- Chicken Wings
And my cafe will also serve the pizza and we will provide pizza for each category.

- Pizza for the fruit lovers
And now the cafe has been set completely and ready to serve the clients but now the biggest challenge starts to get the clients and attract them to come in my cafe. I will organise some opening ceremonies by offering free things at the day first on the opening ceremony. As my each product will be of the best quality so when people will eat and enjoy that they will become my clients.
As my cafe is Infront of the lake and the visitors, the couples will surely visit my cafe as it is Infront of them. But it is not my target. I want to approach a lot of clients and people should come specially to visit my cafe. And marketing and advertisement is the best option for me.
In order to gain more clients and to attract the clients I will install some stalls with the name of my cafe on different nearby places where the visitors are in excess. I will launch some discount cards and these cards will be delivered through those stalls to the people. And these cards will be delivered free with an invitation to join my cafe. So in this way people will surely visit my cafe to get the discounts and when they will get the same things at the discounted price then they will become my client and they will guide others as well. So my clients will increase.
Then I will sponsor different teams and games in that area and the logo of my cafe will be on their shirts and the organizers will display and advertise my cafe and will tell them about the discounts and in this way those visitors will also visit my cafe to get the quality products at low price. So in this way my clients will be increased.
Then I will advertise my cafe digitally through the social media and through the other electronic media by giving different offers especially at different events.
