Happy Wednesday morning lovely and generous hivers of this wonderful community @asean.hive I've been three days away from my favourite community aghhh!😫😫 I hated myself for being troubled this past few days. But if you checked my wall I've never missed posting here on hive. Writing becomes my passion, my fingers missed the qwerty keyboard it loves to click the letters that will compost a sentence. And to all my readers, upvoters, the wonderful comments that you leave it inspires me to do better even I know I'm not good enough. Thank you so much for the support to sir @justinparke and to his family to miss @srey-yuu for choosing my humble post in her top 3. @asean.hive is not only a community but also a family that embrace me home. 💖💖😍
I'm so dramatic 😅🙄 and my intro took long so let's stress eat 😅😂😋😋
For today im going to share our simple snack, but im going to make some twist.
Ingredients
Ripe saba banana
Brown sugar
Cooking oil
Lumpia wrapper (optional)
Procedure
Im sorry for the mess just ignored them, because this snack is one of the favourites of my countrymen.
First you need to separate the lumpia wrappers, peel the banana cut in half and rolled with sugar and wrapped it. And your ready to fry, In a pan put a generous amount of cooking oil because you need to deep fried it.
Here's the finished product
Option #2
The same procedure as above the difference is; it's not wrapped with the lumpia wrapper. But it's also delicious without the crunch.
Finished Product
Option #3
Boil the banana and eat as it you can dip with sugar, chocolate syrup or even nuttela OR
After boiling the Banana set aside to cool it down. Sliced it then crushed some ice and get some evaporated milk and a little sugar. This is so perfect for the hot summer. Imagine the creamy milk and the natural sweeteness of the banana so yummy and delicious 😋😋
yey! because I'm three days away I made three different snacks just for you.💖💖
Thank you so much for dropping by
Love lots, @usagigallardo015🌙
