Day two of our scheduled High Tide
Please zoom the pictures, photo just taken earlier.
It's been six days since I haven't write anything and I'm just forcing myself to become more stronger because after "Bagyong Karding" hits our place we felt devastated and thought that we couldn't survive. But I didn't loose my courage and find my strength from my kids and husband. And now here's "Bagyong Paeng" another trial that will test our strength.
After the continuous heavy rain and wind here's the result another flood but this time we faced a more difficult situation than "Karding" because as we decide to leave our house my niece stopped us from evacuating and the reason is.
Conversation
My Daughter: Cousin if we go to your house where's the way?
Cousin: There's no way, we can't even make a way of our own
Then we were speachless and a bit disappointed because they are our only hope. We evacuated in their house when Karding sink our home. Then yesterday we received a message they told us that we need to leave our house because the second high tide is too big to endure. But it's too late we didn't know that she messaged us, my cellphones daughter is also wrecked out.
This morning my cousin told us that my brother in Law was pleased by my husband because Hubby is on Manila he can't do nothing but to worry for our safety. All he wants is for us to evacuate and his brother will clean the water lily so we can cross our boat to my in-laws house.
And While we are still in our house all I can do is to asked some of my friends that lived near the river and they said that the High Tide may last up to three to four days and someone posted this to make us more alert and ready. And the pictures above is our situation earlier I alarmed my phone so we know what to do when the high tide or flood crossed the road.
Earlier was the most worst for us because the last time that this happened we evacuated immediately but because yesterday the wind was so strong I can't imagine ourselves to take the risk. We'll ride our boat and Paddle while the wind is strong with my kids! I'll rather stay on our house the waves are big and strong. We might drown ourselves to death
