30 Days at the Psychiatry: Day 4

Now I wish I had Some kind of Break😫😫. The classes have started getting tougher and longer. And there's this particular lecture that stays longer than expected.
I haven't been myself today, since I woke up.I have been very restless, dizzy today. My day was dull but then I didn't want to skip lectures. I was meant to know from our predecessors that attending classes and listening to lectures is far better than reading materials. Most of my lecturers do teach from their knowledge bank with little of the material.
I was advised to pay close attention to every detail during the class period.

It's day 4 here in the Psychiatric facility, I stepped out again today, and I sighted a completely abnormal person( A mad man). Funny how a psychotic person would pass a mental facility freely without being helped into the facility. He looked so tattered and dirty and he looked very aggressive, and ideally no one would come close to them at that particular period. A lot of Events Make one Psychotic. It could be predisposing from the genes, precipitating factors like environmental conditions and Psychological factors like events connected with emotions, e.g. the loss of a loved one.

There was a time in this Akwa Ibom state that every single mad person on the streets will be picked up by a government agency and sent to the facility. The reason for this is because the ones patrolling on the streets were very wild. A psychotic person doesn't have insight about the world of reality. He doesn't really suffer, but his family and community become his victims.

I had four classes today, they were hectic. I also needed to sleep and calm my nerves that were looking all stressed and worked up. After school, I stepped out in the evening to catch some free air. Again I got some street foods but definitely prepared beans when I got home. I haven't really stepped out to really important places here at my location, but let's see how tomorrow Goes. I have really learnt a lot today, includes meningitis. Part of my lesson is on the embryological development of the brain, it's functions and disorders as well.

Lastly I separated a fight between two best friends today
Today was great but then tomorrow will be far better

Goodnight
