Nowadays people don't really buy the New year Resolutions idea. It has slowly gone into extinct and a lot of people don't really place values on it anymore. While others see it waste of energy into something that you might not do afterall, resolutions are a powerful tools for personal growth, self-improvement, and transformation. By setting clear and achievable goals, individuals can create a roadmap for success, overcome obstacles, and develop a stronger sense of purpose and direction.

Resolutions serves as a to-do list where priorities are kept in place and it serves as a constant reminder 🎗️, keeping us in check throughout the year. While growing up, I learned the how to schedule my da. So I my little brain, while sleeping or resting, I have part of my next day all figured out. Meaning that the food i'll prepare, my outfit, places I might go and rest all figured out. Yes it is an unarguable fact that other unexpected plans do fly into our schedule, the more reason I used "PART of The DAY. So when this unexpected events come in , with your day all planned out, you'll be able to properly fix or fit them all in without wearing out.

So just imagine starting the year without any plans, you just barge into the year without knowing your how you would start and how you would end.
From your Self-care, to your academics, to your finance, to your health, career, etc.
This was me last year, I had no clue of what I wanted and how to go about them. Also I wasn't able to keep track of my achievement and growth as well and I was just living the year.

    Most people will say that setting time puts unnecessary pressure on one, I would disagree and stan that placing time improves Discipline.

  6. Set realistic Goals it must really be something too bulky considering that you have other activities to do. For example, reading an hour everyday is very much achievable.
