Another band that deserves a space in RockClassics even it is not my personal favourite style - enjoy them especially @rivalzzz @louis88 @detlev and @alexvan :-).
Red Hot Chilli Peppers
A spicy name, band with characteristic sounds for sure - they started 1983, been very popular especially in Germany. Given I had no direct link to them I even missen they won six Grammies? Founding tooking places in LA (seems already 82) with starting members Anthony Kiedis (lead vocals), bassist Flea, drummer Chad Smith, and guitarist John Frusciante. Their style used to be a mix of alternative rock, funk, punk rock, hard rock, hip hop, and psychedelic rock (interesting combination).Impressive they sold over 120 million records whch surprised me, being part of the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame is logic but they also have their own "star" on the Hollywood Walk of Fame.

Red Hot Chili Peppers ist eine 1983 gegründete US-amerikanische Funk- und Alternative-Rockband. Sie zählt zu den kommerziell erfolgreichsten Vertretern des Crossover. Ihr Album Blood Sugar Sex Magik gilt als eines der bedeutendsten dieses Genres.
