A family is an institution built by love. It is through love that a man and a woman will unite together in marriage. Without love, the family won't be able to enjoy the benefits with which God established it. We must learn to live together in love.
The love of the parents towards the children should be unconditional. The parents should love their children with a bond that cannot be broken. There should not be conditional love among members of the home. A good parent should be able to accept his children and pray for them when need be. The Bible says that Job used to offer sacrifices to God to plead for the short-comings of his children.
The children in the family must learn to love and obey their parents totally. They must submit to their parents. Children should not be rebellious. They should be obedient and follow the instructions of their parentts.
If we observe that our parents are not happy with us because of our lives style, let us turn a new leaf. The children who cause offenses to their parents must repent. The character which we have affect the way we gain the hearts of others. Let us do the things that we make us to win the love of our parents.
