I recently sat down in front of my personal device to watch one of the most anticipated films of this year, expecting at the same time to see a science-fiction comedy. Instead, i saw one of the most successful cinematographic achievements of the last decades. Yep, it's really super fantastic science fiction who has some jokes here and there, but it evokes more emotion than most movies i've seen.
Ok, so as you can see from the title of this post, the movie i'm referring to is called, Guardians of the Galaxy 3 - a movie that is part of a series of the well-known franchise that bears the name. It's worth the time, you won't regret it - from my point of view, it preserves the style of the first two parts with action and humor. Yep, among the few Marvel movies that are really worth seeing.
A little summary
In Marvel Studios' Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, the group of misfits looks a little different now. Peter Quill, still reeling from the loss of Gamora, must rally his team around him to defend the Universe and protect one of their own. A mission that, if not successfully completed, could lead to the end of the Guardians as we know them.
The movie is neither bad nor good. Everything centers around the character Rocket, more so than the other characters. Curious, if you watched the first two parts ~ who would be your favorite character of this franchise? Do you have a particular preference?
For example, i like the role played by Dave Bautista (Drax) the most. Those who follow wrestling probably know something about Dave's life ~ personally i'm not even interested in that sports career, only the role he plays. Well, he was great in Wrong Side of Town, Scorpion King 3: Battle for Redemption (2012), Riddick, House of The Rising Sun, The Man With The Iron Fists, Blade Runner 2049, Avengers: Infinity War and of course in this film that is part of the franchise, Guardians of The Galaxy.
Of all the films in which Dave Bautista has appeared, this last one suits him perfectly because of the role he plays. The character he plays is exceptional, original, comical and strange at the same time ~ he suited the role well.
