This morning I had a nice walk in Sinemorets, located about 82 km. from my hometown of Burgas.
I have visited the tourist trails in the area and Veleka beach - one of the most beautiful places on the Bulgarian Black Sea coast for me, but I had visited Sinemorets very quickly, without being able to explore it in peace.
I was curious to see what the resort village looked like, but I knew that it would be a completely different feeling now - in autumn, than if I visited it in the summer, which is full of tourists.
I saw buildings that had been entertainment venues in the summer, but were now deserted, and the yards were covered with fallen leaves.
The small Black Sea town seemed quite quiet and peaceful on this November day. Most of the houses were clearly not used by their owners in the winter.
I reached an Art Park that you could enter.
There were buildings covered in graffiti and a stage with many benches, where performances were probably held and maybe a summer movie was shown.
A puppy joined my walk. Soon the dogs became three.
In the central park of the village there were playgrounds, trees, flower gardens and benches, and the town hall is right next to the park.
I finish the walk in Sinemorets with a place from which a very beautiful view of the mouth of the Veleka River opens.
