The first snowdrops

It's wonderful that there are already blooming snowdrops in our garden.

I was looking forward to visiting our garden and seeing if there were any snowdrops in bloom. I was very happy when I found several of them.

There are not many, there was only one tuft with several wonderful specimens.

But when I walked around the front of the garden and looked more closely, I noticed there were two more of them.

Next time we go I'm sure there will be more of them.

We've got plenty in our urban garden but I want to repopulate the rural one and I shall be transporting some snowdrops from the former to the latter. Hopefully, this time they shall find suitable grounds. I am no specialist so I just try different corners of the yard and it's a Hail Mary from there on. One of the three neighboring yards is uninhabited so it's probably the best place to suffer no interference from any grass removal treatment, etc.

Thanks. I'm done preparing about a couple of dozens of pots. I just need to find the time to go to the village in the following two or three days.
