Food is an important part of our lives that shouldn't be done without; it's plays a huge role in the sustainability of all living things on earth, and doing away from it for a long time can lead to loss of strength and ultimately death in the long run, and that's because food carries loads of nutrients that our body needs to prevent diseases, boast our immune system, and as well aid growth. I'm a big fan of food, and I don't joke with it, and neither am I ashamed to say that, among all of these, I've got some that are my favorites, and today I'll tell you all about it.
Since I've come to know the difference between my right and my left, I've loved some food to the point of addressing them as my favorite meal, and they're eba and any soup, or rice and beans with stew; these are foods I love so much and can't get tired of eating, especially eba in as much as it has a quality soup to go with it; soups like vegetable, melo, or stew are some of those I love to go with it, and I don't really fancy eating it with rhyming slimy soups like okro, ogbono, or ewedu.
Eba is a popular dish in this part of the world. Well, I haven't been to other parts of the world, so I can't say if they also eat it, but I know Nigerians who travel out prepare and eat it anywhere they go, and it's not really a difficult meal to prepare, as it's probably one of the easiest meals anyone can prepare, and I can say for a fact that if you touch it, you can easily use your discretion to make it on your own on other occasions.

Although in my immediate family, almost everyone doesn't like eba and won't even eat it, but I personally don't joke with it, and that makes me odd in my family because both my mother and daddy don't like it and won't even eat it. The same is the case with most of my siblings, except our lastborn, who sometimes joins me in eating it, probably because he's used to joining me in every meal I eat, but regardless of how it's not widely accepted in my family, I still love it, and it's my favorite meal.
Eba is just sumptuous and goes with almost every soup you can think of, even though I've got some I don't really like. It's made from cassava, and what it's made from can be called cassava flour, popularly called Garri here in Nigeria. EBA is a carbohydrate food and also rich in starch; it gives you strength for several hours, and after eating you stay fit for hours without getting hungry or tired.

Now let's get to how to make EBA. Like I said, it's very easy to make, and the steps are as listed below, you can also watch the YouTube video attached below to learn further:
First you have to pour some amounts of water in a pot and boil it until bubbles are physical all over the surface of the water.
Then you can pour some of the water inside a bowl, then immediately start pouring the Garri inside gradually, making sure you pour it in every part of the water till it soaked all the water in the bowl. Then you can pour some of the remaining hot water on it and cover for about 30 seconds.
Another way is that you can immediately start turning it. You're pouring the garri inside the boiled water, and you do that until it's all smooth and there's no visible sight of a dry garri in the bowl. Make sure it's as smooth as the ones in the pictures in this article, and then it's ready to serve and eat with any available soup.
