Oh mine this write-up is top-notch, and I got to learn from a new perspective in your own view.
Vegetarians are people I can tag a consistent healthy foot eater, but despite that, it's good when those taking are fresh and not marged with fast meal and co.
But what's more important, in my opinion, is to listen to your body. I believe that your body knows what's good for it so we need to learn how to listen because it doesn't necessarily follow that a good diet for me is also good for you and vice-versa.
Hmm this is deep and yet so true, what work fine and perfect for my body system might differ from yours, and understanding what our body loves will go a long way in helping our growth in all ramifications of our growth and wellbeing.
