Autoblog has photographed camouflaged prototypes of the new Audi A5 and A4 e-Tron. The vehicles were spotted at a charging station in Baker, California. In Audi's new nomenclature, even numbers will be used to designate electric cars (A4 e-tron, A6 e-tron) and odd numbers will be used for combustion cars and hybrids. Among the cars spotted were two similar liftbacks, one with a grille typical of combustion cars – probably the new A5 and the other with a front fascia in the style of the e-tron models, suggesting that it is a new A4 Sportback. According to rumors, the new A4 will have both a sedan version and a liftack version.
