ANGER AND IT'S CONSEQUENCES
Poetry
Does anger has a place today
In man, in mind
Does malice make me to say
What makes me not kind
I see the sun way so bright
Up in heaven, in sky above ;
Oh, let him stay up tonight
So even On aught but love!
Yes I’ve been wronged in many ways,
And so I’m crossed
Yes, I was injured indeed today,
And it caused me loss
The scorching sun is sinking fast
So soon the night!
Forgive so the fierce be cast
So far out of sight!
What? You were in the wrong
And yours the debt?
Well, worry less; I’d show I’m strong,
And yes can forget.
Look me how fast derail the light
On earth not will it wait!
Fast, the sun goes down tonight
Oh, this is getting late
Halt my wrath for self sake.
This is the frugal way:
Always when it is out of hand
It puts me down to the clay
When zeal denounce my heart,
Then conscience plead my mind to obey
I find me empty and defiled.
In sin I’m lost and derail
Temper mastered and words withheld
Makes peace everyday;
As I show the figure of anger,
Companionship flees away
Eternity goes till whenever,
To live is short, awhile to stay ;
If I halt my words and wrath,
So less to debate on judgment day.
By controlling the anger I learn
A pleased and wise lane;
Anger kept showcase the doom of life,
Like a dead living that never decay
Deviated anger refreshes the mind
Goals leads to a fight or fright ;
To caution is bravery, wisdom sign.
And pays no trouble in light
The best of me shall not be void,
To put all anger away ;
With thought and meditation I’ve been astray.
Peace and comfort like Hive it pays
How do you express your anger?
Silence?
Cry?
Scream?
Walk away?
