Primeramente debo decir que mi cabello ha estado expuesto a muchos inventos de mi parte en cuanto a colorimetría, desde los quince años he estado aclarando mi cabello de castaño a rubio, y poco a poco he logrado mi objetivo. Sin embargo, tal como dice el dicho "para ser bellas hay que ver estrellas", y mi cabello ha sufrido bastante debilitación, mantengo una lucha con mis puntas, las cuales son las que más han sufrido las consecuencias, las mismas se resecan y enredan.
First of all I must say that my hair has been exposed to many inventions on my part in terms of colorimetry, since I was fifteen years old I have been lightening my hair from brown to blonde, and little by little I have achieved my goal. However, as the saying goes "to be beautiful you have to see stars", and my hair has suffered a lot of weakening, I have a fight with my ends, which are the ones that have suffered the most consequences, they dry out and get tangled .
Amo mi cabello, y pienso que es uno de los accesorios naturales más hermosos y llamativos de una mujer, por lo tanto, actualmente soy súper cuidadosa con mi cabellera, así que siempre intento comprar productos de calidad que me ayuden a mantener mi cabello sano, hidratado y brillante, manteniendo el largo que me gusta, que es aproximadamente por las caderas. En la búsqueda de los productos de uso diario o común ideales que cumplieran todas mis expectativas en cada lavada, he encontrado y mantenido los siguientes:

In the search for the ideal daily or common use products that would meet all my expectations in each wash, I have found and kept the following:
Shampoo y Acondicionador Drene ProH Complex, el cual promete un cabello liso, con un brillo duradero y sin frizz, y lo puedo certificar. Luego de probar varias marcas, al usar este par de productos, sentía mi cabello menos pesado, más suelto, sedoso, con un brillo natural muy lindo e increíblemente sin frizz.
Shampoo and Conditioner Drene ProH Complex, which promises smooth hair, with lasting shine and no frizz, and I can certify it. After trying several brands, using this pair of products, my hair felt less heavy, looser, silky, with a very nice natural shine and incredibly frizz free.
Aplico máscara o crema de la marca Skala Experta. Debo mencionar que lavo mi cabello una vez a la semana, y como máximo dos, así que este producto lo intercalo en las semanas. Lo aplico de medios a puntas y dejó actuar por 10-15 minutos, y lo retiró con bastante agua. Esta crema contiene cuatro aceites vegetales (girasol, aguacate o palta, coco y linaza), por lo tanto, aporta una magnífica hidratación a mi cabello, además de brillo nutritivo sin apelmazar. Me deja mi cabellera realmente suave y manejable. De esta marca existe gran variedad de cremas, por lo tanto, yo uso y recomiendo específicamente la que les mostraré a continuación en la imagen.
I apply a Skala Experta brand mask or cream. I should mention that I wash my hair once a week, and at most two, so I alternate this product between weeks. I apply it from the middle to the ends and leave it on for 10-15 minutes, and remove it with plenty of water. This cream contains four vegetable oils (sunflower, avocado, coconut and flaxseed), therefore, it provides magnificent hydration to my hair, as well as nourishing shine without weighing it down. It leaves my hair really soft and manageable. There is a wide variety of creams from this brand, therefore, I specifically use and recommend the one that I will show you below in the image.
Intento no exponer mucho mi cabello al calor, así que siempre y cuando pueda no planchar, no lo haré. Pero sin importar si tengo o no mi cabello planchado, me gusta aplicar siempre en mi cabello seco de medios a puntas, o a veces simplemente en las puntas una silicona capilar, para sellar, proteger, hidratar y regenerar las mismas. La que uso especialmente y les recomiendo con los ojos cerrados es la de la marca Forellé Professional de Argán. De verdad que este producto mantiene con vida mis puntas, parte a la cual más atención de pongo ya que batallo tanto con ellas. Además, tiene un olor exquisito que perdura en el cabello.

But regardless of whether or not I have ironed my hair, I like to always apply a hair silicone to my dry hair from the middle to the ends, or sometimes simply to the ends, to seal, protect, hydrate and regenerate them. Para mantener el color rubio de mi cabello, uso un shampoo y acondicionador violeta matizador, pero esto solo lo aplico casa 15 días, sin abusar del mismo.
To maintain the blonde color of my hair, I use a violet toning shampoo and conditioner, but I only apply this every 15 days, without abusing it.
✨Como tips, para no maltratar mi cabello siempre realizo lo siguiente:✨

🟣Corto mis puntas cada 2 meses.
🟣Dejo secar naturalmente.
🟣Evito el uso constante de planchas.
🟣Cada 4 o 5 meses realizo una hidratación profunda.

🟣Every 4 or 5 months I do a deep hydration.
