It has a power to Make the mountains go soft … But it’s not that easy, especially when you know that you’re suffering, you know you cannot smile , you don’t want to smile .Moreover ,In the present times , the hectic lives , competition, stress at work & stress in relationships is making it tougher to smile .You need loads of courage to keep that sparkle in your eyes & to smile . The environment of negativity ,lack of respect , criticism, constant pressure is taking away that beautiful thing that can make a flower bloom early . There are so many people who don’t remember when was the last time they smiled ,had a heartly laugh , flexed their facial muscles, released that calming energy to the world. If you see somebody around you ,who has lost this enchanting trait help them to find it . You’ll be giving life back to someone without even knowing.

Ignored Crisis In Yemen

I’ll not state numbers of casualties, the statistics of innocents butchered, houses destroyed, lights in lives extinguished in #Yemen, or get into the gibberish blame Game.
I’ll vent out about the selfish silence of the world, the ignorance & numbness, they’re turning a blind eye & ear to this hell going on for almost 9 years now, it’s living beings dying there, starving each day, not just humans beings but even animals.
Neglected & left to die in front of the eyes of the world.
leaders of the world Have blindfolds on their eyes, but that doesn’t concern me, as they never care, it the silence of WE THE PEOPLE, that breaks heart, how can we not stand up, try to do at least 1 thing, say 1 word, maybe if we begin screaming together it turns into roar & ends that havoc that’s wrecked on the armless souls who haven’t done any harm.

I’ll add here, as a Muslim myself, it ashames me, the silence of the Muslim world, some Bury their heads in the sand with sectarian justifications others are indifferent & show no concern.

Like William Faulkner said

“Some things you must always be unable to bear. Some things you must never stop refusing to bear. Injustice and outrage and dishonor and shame. No matter how young you are or how old you have got. Not for kudos and not for cash: your picture in the paper nor money in the bank either. Just refuse to bear them”

Build Lives

At the end of the gruelling work day, it’s the experience you had there is going to determine your time at home alone or with your family, your meal , your conversation . If everything went well, your boss didn’t uselessly criticised or degraded over burdened you ,or your coworkers didn’t showed the haughtines, venomous, deconstructing behaviour. As workplace politics & drama drains energies & diminishes creativity. How can 1 deliver or imagine anything creative when your whole being is focused on dodging the bullets .Even your personal relationships suffer due to your office /workplace toxicity. As Writer Annie Dillard famously said, “How we spend our days is, of course, how we spend our lives.” For many of us, a large portion of our days is spent at work; in fact, the average person will spend 90,000 hours at work over a lifetime.

We all forget that at the end it’s all about putting food on the table & roof over your head ,a huge number of people are working to fulfil their responsibilities, to take care of their families & provide them ,though some work to have a lifestyle & status & prove their worth to their peers a& clan that they’re something important, but majority doesn’t, they simply can’t…. Because life is too real for them.

It’s a proven fact that workplace toxicity is responsible for divorces , mental health issues , even suicide, when humans forget that their nagging , name calling , back bitting and smearing is venomous, it can lead someone to end their lives .

Positivity, appreciation, constructive criticism and keep the light in , that’s the only way to achieve something magnificent. Even if your employees are not upto to your expectations or your coworkers are not as splendid as you think you are, but you keep trying to guide them become better in a positive way, you’ll be building lives & helping the world & your own soul. Become a person can never be happy by tearing other humans down, so build lives for a better world.
