Hello dear Hivers, welcome back to my blog.
Today I would like to share some of my graphic designs but first here’s the history of my not so complete journey toward mastering graphic designing.
Ever since I was at a really young age, I have always wanted to be my own boss while doing what I love.

Yes it is not an easy vision to acquire but hey let a girl dream.
I definitely looked towards achieving it and set my mind to planning, to put in the work and effort to make sure I achieved this dream of mine.
It all started during secondary school. After a long term, we finally had our break. It was a break of three months, really lengthy.
As the busy body I am, I convinced my mum to engage me in a learning facility to utilize the break for something productive. It could be fashion designing, catering, graphic designing or anything at all.
We later chose graphic designing but I had to start with computer training to learn the basics first as I wasn’t so familiar and did not know my way around a system. After that, I began with Microsoft word.
It wasn’t so hard as within a week and a few days I was able to perfectly design on Microsoft word.
Later on I transferred to Excel. Then power point. I had to rush them all as the break was coming to an end.
Skip to over three years later, I wasn’t practicing all I had learnt because school was taking most of my time so naturally I forgot almost every knowledge I had acquired in my computer training.
After high school and now in the university, I embarked on computer training once again. I was back to square one, though it didn’t take me up to two weeks and I mastered it again.
I proceeded to further my knowledge in graphic designing. I designed on MS word, Presenter and Corel draw.
Microsoft word and Microsoft presenter were almost similar with a few differences and update compared to the “Big boy” - Corel draw.
This program was tough I won’t lie, there was so many options of design in Corel draw and it made me confused a little.
Well I put in more focus and I found a way around it. I could successfully design on Corel draw.
I believe with more practice and drive, gradually I will achieve my goal on being a professional designer.
These are some of my designs on all the programs. (The first two are practices on flyers)
