Its been a while since I have posted any food related stuff on sny of my accounts!
The past few months have been me searching for a new and easy breakfast to keep me full after I divorced Overnight Oats, which I have had for 6 months every single morning straight.
Thats what I do. I latch on to things and keep it stable until it bores me xD
So for the past few months I have been eating 3 breadballs(?)(I tried to google the right word, no luck) with Peanut butter and Jam on 2 of them and 1 with butter alone. Not that healthly and the bread balls are also high i calories as their only thing.
BUT! I THINK I HAVE FOUND MY BREAKFAST GOING FORWARD.
I wanted something simple and easy and with the chance of prepping it the day before.
I landed om Avocado Toast with Chickpeas!
Expensive? Yes.
Easy? Yes.
Prep? Somewhat Yes.
Worth it? Yes.
"Recipe"
1 small/medium Avocado.
1/2 can of Chickpeas.
Salt.
Pepper.
Lime or Lemon Juice.
2 slice of wholebread.
4 slices of Tomat.
