The freehand drawing below represents for me the spirit of the soul of a loved one, my mother, and I visualized it through a hummingbird.
I witnessed a very peculiar situation, I would say something curious, that happened to me and I will tell you about it as follows: I happened to be looking out the window of my house remembering the things my mother used to say to me. She was a very humorous woman in the way she said things. One day she told me that if I saw a hummingbird appear in the house, it was the visit of a spirit of a very close person and that hummingbird carried a message from a very close and beloved person. I was just remembering what my mother was telling me about the hummingbird. And suddenly, at that moment a hummingbird arrived at home and I was impressed. Not having my phone at hand to take a picture of it, I decided to grab a sketch pad and I started to draw it, my soul felt a great peace, I associated what my mother was telling me and for me it was her who came to visit me.
Here is the step by step of how I drew the hummingbird that arrived home on the sketch pad.:
The first thing I did was the tools to make or draw the hummingbird. The drawing pad, the colors, the chalks, graphite pencil, sponge and pencil sharpener.
I began by drawing the silhouette of the hummingbird on the drawing pad, which I then reviewed to make the silhouette of the hummingbird clearer.
I proceeded to apply the colors and colored chalks to the hummingbird.
As a final result I got this beautiful hummingbird. It brought back a lot of memories of my mother and I felt a lot of energy and peace when I put it on a drawing pad.
