tomorrow it would start: 5 Minute Freewrite

My sister Luisana, lately was suffering from metabolic syndrome, a condition that put her life at risk. She was morbidly obese, and in addition to that she had high blood pressure, cardiac arrhythmia, etc. She was a very stubborn woman who did not like to receive guidance from the people who loved her. She was an overeater. She would binge eat so much that she would spend days with general malaise and high blood values. She would always say: tomorrow she would start a diet, so stay calm.

Until one day they called the house that she was in the hospital. They found her lying on the street passed out. When the doctor evaluated her, he observed that something was wrong with her body. He had to order lab tests to verify values and prove that Luisana was suffering from metabolic syndrome, of course her fatness was exaggerated. They immediately took her blood sample and sent it to the lab. The values were so high that the doctor decided to hospitalize her, her glycemia was too high, and she had to be given insulin to lower it.

Luisana remained hospitalized for several days and promised to comply with the diet that the endocrinologist ordered. Luisana promised to comply with the diet and that she would start tomorrow. She was very nervous about the situation she was going through. In fact, Luisana kept her promise, tomorrow she would start the diet and exercise. That was the best decision she made. Her values began to normalize and her health improved noticeably.

Siempre decía: mañana comenzaria a dieta quédense tranquilos.
