Hello friends of this community of delicious drinks and similar things like #amazingdrinks, today I want to share with you an ideal drink to cool off in very hot times and it is better than having a soda, I'm talking about a refreshing and natural watermelon and beet drink The combination of both is an excellent mix of color and flavor on the palate, and each one contributes a lot to our body. - 1 remolacha.
- 1/2 sandia.

In these very tropical heat it is ideal to be well hydrated and for this I made a delicious due that everyone at home likes a lot and even more so if it is very cold, the ingredients are the following:
- 1 beet.
- 1/2 watermelon.
- water as much as you want.
- sugar to taste.
Since I have children at home, they like their drinks with sugar, of course I only use a little but the important thing is not to abuse refined white sugar, since it is harmful in excess. Once the watermelon and beet without skin have been cut into pieces, they go to the blender and with the sugar and the necessary water we process them.
In the blender we process all the ingredients and after that we pass the mixture through a strainer or sieve to leave the seeds and beet pulp in it, so we will only have the necessary liquid already sweetened from the drink and ready to serve with ice to the taste. Very refreshing indeed because the watermelon contains water and replenishes hydration quickly, on the other hand the beet is rich in vitamins such as iron and folio acid, apart from the beautiful and vibrant color of this drink, the flavor and combination is a delight.
Bueno, les cuento que esta bebida la hacemos en los días calurosos y cuando tenemos la sandia de lo contrario suelo hacer la bebida de remolacha y zanahoria para vitaminizarnos en casa y sigue siendo una buena opción. Le recomiendo la sandia en la nevera y luego a comer como merienda también es buen especialmente cuando el sol esta muy fuerte entre las 10 am a las 4pm un refrescante natural para los que les guste esta combinación.

I recommend putting watermelon in the refrigerator and then eating it as a snack.
